Submission Rules:
Deadline: May 1st at 5:00 PM – No late photos will be accepted.
File Size: Up to 25 GB
File Types: JPG, JPEG, or PNG
File Name: Save the photo using your senior's first and last name.
Photo Guidelines:
Only ONE CURRENT photo per senior. It can be submitted by the student, a parent, or a guardian. BABY PICTURES SUBMITTED ALONE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Please do not ask extended family to send in photos.
The photo must be a current photo and include only the BHS senior(s).
Please do not submit just a baby or younger photo by themselves
If the photo has more than one BHS senior, list all names.
If we receive more than one photo of the same student, we’ll use the first one.
Collages:
You can submit a collage (for example: baby photo + current photo). Please do not submit just a baby or younger photo by themselves. DO NOT SUBMIT 2 INDIVIDUAL PICTURES expecting us to make a collage for you. If you submit more than 1 picture, we will choose the current picture only
Do not write messages or names on the photo/collage – their name will appear on the slide.
Important Notes:
You don’t need to buy a Shout-Out to submit a photo.
If you do purchase a Shout-Out, the photo will not appear with it – it will be placed randomly in the slideshow.
Where You’ll See the Slideshow:
Prior to the graduation ceremony at Eagle Bank Arena on the big screen TVs
It will be posted on our YouTube Channel.
It will be shown at the Senior Grad Party
